About the Speaker:

Mr. Mudit Singhvi is a Civil-Commercial-Corporate lawyer practicing primarily in Jaipur, Rajasthan and an active Arbitration Counsel appearing in various power sector, infrastructure and complex contractual disputes across the Country. Mudit is associated with the Chambers of Senior Counsel Ashok Mehta known for civil trials and litigation such as property disputes, succession, partnership disputes and miscellaneous civil matters of all overtones. Mudit is on the panel of various Corporations – both Private and Public including that of various hospitals, start-ups, Nagar Nigam Heritage and also appears for the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India amongst others. He graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai where he has been a part of the Students’ Council, held the Best Student Award and was also the General Secretary of the Model UN Society. He has been a keen debator (especially of the Model UN format) and has been a delegate and chairperson in various conferences in India and abroad such as the Harvard National MUN -USA, WorldMUN- Singapore, GLCMUN, IIT Kanpur MUN to name a few. He was also a part of the strategic foreign policy interactions held with the Head of State of Australia under the Young Thinkers’ Conference. He is equally enthused in Public International Law, Constitutional Law and Public Policy issues as he is in Civil Litigation and often connects these widely different fields on a common vertex.
