About the Speaker:

Anindhya is currently working as Managing Associate at Inttl Advocare and heading their Bengaluru office wherein she handles complex matters before the Trade Marks Registry, as well as contentious cases before Courts and Tribunals, apart from handling enforcement actions, which include, investigations, issuing warning/cease & desist notices, filing suits and criminal complaints, coordinating search and seizure actions etc. for a variety of clients. She graduated from Amity Law School, GGSIPU in 2016 after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Law and further went on to pursue Master’s Degree in Law from King’s College, London specializing in Comparative Intellectual Property and Information Law. Anindhya has been a guest faculty at premier law institutes and technical universities and has delivered lectures on various IP subjects at different platforms including the Customs Offices and Police Academy’s. She has also presented several papers pertaining to IP law at different platforms and holds a diploma in Company Law from Asian School of Cyber Laws. Apart from having keen interest in Trade Marks and Copyright, she also enjoy travelling and theatre.
